1. Charging process control

(1) Charging stage

The vehicle sends the parameters of the battery charging demand to the charging pile in real time. The charging pile will adjust the charging voltage and current in real time according to the parameter, and send each other's status information (the output voltage current of the charging pile, the voltage current of the vehicle battery, SOC, etc.).

(2) The end of the charging

The vehicle will determine whether the charging is over to determine whether the charging is over according to whether the BMS is full or the charging pile is full or affected by the charging pile. To meet the above charging conditions, the vehicle will send the "vehicle termination charging report", which will be discontinued after confirming the charging current less than 5A. When the charging pile is completed, the charging conditions set by the operator, or the "vehicle termination charging report" sent by the car will send the "charging pile termination charging report" and control the charging pile to stop charging.

2. High -voltage upper and lower power control

(1) High -voltage upper and lower power control effect

The core of pure electric vehicle power control control is the control of the high -voltage circuit of the power system. The purpose of the upper and lower power control strategies is that under the premise of the existing vehicle power system structure, the driver's action signals are collected by collecting key and pedal, and through the CAN bus, BMS (battery management system) and MC (motor controller) and other children, etc. The system conducts communication to control the safe high -voltage of the vehicle. At the same time, in the process of upper and lower power, strive to accurately diagnose the high -voltage failure of the vehicle power system and quickly deal with it.

According to the driver's control of the driving key switch, the high -voltage contactor switch control of the power battery is performed to complete the power supply through and pre -charging control of the high -voltage equipment. Upper and lower electrical process processing: Coordinate the upper and lower electrical processes of all relevant components, including the power supply of the motor controller, the battery management system and other components, the pre -charged relay, the absorption and disconnection time of the main relay, etc.

(2) Control of the power -on process

The entire power circuit of the high -voltage system has a large amount of capacity. If effective preventive measures are not taken during the high -voltage circuit connection, the high -voltage circuit is used at the time of powering, and due to the existence of the system circuit capacity load, the entire high -voltage system circuit will have a power -on shock. Therefore, during the power -on process, the high -voltage circuit needs to conduct anti -current transient shock pre -charging. After receiving an effective start signal, the vehicle management system (VMS) is low -voltage, and the high -voltage circuit system is pre -diagnosed before the high -voltage circuit system. Failure, connect the anti -current transient impact pre -charging system for high -voltage circuit pre -charging. If the pre -charging high -voltage circuit is completed within the agreed normal time range, the system allows the high -voltage circuit to be allowed, otherwise the high -voltage circuit is prohibited from connecting.
